Accomodation & Weekend Details

Accomodation Fee

To help make the weekend possible, we ask guests staying at the resort to contribute CAD $200 (USD $150) per person.

This fee includes two nights of accommodation, plus meals and access to resort amenities across the weekend: Friday welcome dinner, Saturday continental breakfast, Saturday cocktail hour and wedding dinner, and Sunday brunch.

Guests will be assigned cottages before arrival. Accommodation is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please RSVP as early as possible to secure a cottage at the resort. If the resort reaches capacity, we will happily help you find nearby accommodation.

Alternative Accommodation

We encourage everyone to take part in the full weekend experience and stay at Springwood Cottage Resort. However, if you prefer alternative accommodation, there are Airbnb and cottage rentals in the surrounding area. These must be arranged independently.

Food & Drink

We will provide:

Friday night welcome dinner
Saturday continental breakfast
Saturday cocktail hour and dinner
Sunday brunch

Guests are responsible for Saturday and Sunday lunches. Each cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, and fridge for preparing meals. Please bring snacks, beverages, and anything else you would like to enjoy during your stay.

Kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, pedal boats, and tandem kayaks

Cottage Features

Each cottage includes:

Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, BBQ)

Some cottages also include hot tubs, indoor fireplaces, and screened porches.
