Weekend Timeline

Friday, September 17th

  • 1:00 PM – Check-in begins

  • 6:00–8:00 PM – Welcome dinner (Leisure Deck)

  • Evening – Bonfire and free time to relax and settle in

Saturday, September 18th

  • 8:00–10:00 AM – Continental breakfast (Leisure Deck)

  • Morning & Afternoon – Enjoy the resort! (beach, water sports, trails, games room, etc.)

  • 3:30 PM – Guests arrive at the beach (golf carts available for accessibility)

  • 4:00 PM – Wedding ceremony (beach)

  • 4:30 PM – Cocktail hour (marina area beside the party tent)

  • 5:45 PM – 11:00 PM – Dinner & Reception (party tent)

Sunday, September 19th

  • 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM – Farewell Brunch (Leisure Deck)

  • 3:00 PM – Check-out. Guests are welcome to enjoy the resort until departure
