Yes. The ceremony, accommodation, welcome dinner, breakfasts, and reception will all take place at Springwood Cottage Resort.
Yes. Each cottage has one parking spot, with additional parking available in the main lot and throughout the resort.
Yes. An open bar will be available during cocktail hour and the reception on Saturday evening.A small selection of drinks will also be provided on Friday evening. Guests are welcome to bring additional beverages to enjoy at their cottages.
Cocktail attire.Suits, dress shirts, sport coats, dresses, jumpsuits, and similar attire are all welcome. Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident.As the celebration takes place outdoors, including a beach ceremony, we recommend practical footwear and bringing a light jacket or extra layers for the evening.Guests are also welcome to incorporate our wedding colours:
Mid-September in this region typically brings pleasant weather, with average daytime highs around 18-20°C (65-72°F) and cooler overnight lows between 6-9°C (42- 49°F). We recommend dressing in layers and checking the forecast before travelling.
Check-in begins after 1:00 PM on Friday, September 17th. Check-out is at 3:00 PM on Sunday, September 19th.
Please bring clothing suitable for a cottage weekend, including layers, comfortable footwear, beach towels, swimwear (if you plan to swim or use a hot tub), and personal essentials such as medications, toiletries, chargers, sunscreen, and insect repellent.Guests should also bring food for Saturday and Sunday lunches, along with any snacks or beverages they'd like during the weekend. Every cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, and refrigerator.
Due to limited on-site accommodation, we can only accommodate plus-ones if they are listed on your invitation.However, please feel free to reach out. We are more than happy to discuss your situation and see if space becomes available.
Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions as early as possible. We aim to accommodate everyone's needs and want all guests to feel comfortable and well-fed.We plan to offer options that are vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and nut-free.
No. While we love your children and know they are an important part of your families, we have chosen to make our wedding weekend an adults-only celebration due to the shared accommodation arrangements
The ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, welcome dinner, and breakfasts will all take place outdoors.The ceremony is on the beach and the reception is under a heated tent. In case of poor weather, the ceremony will move to the covered Leisure Deck. Both the Leisure Deck and tent are heated, but we still recommend bringing layers for the evening. Please note that guests will be walking on gravel pathways and sand, so choose footwear accordingly.
Please RSVP by May 17, 2027.Accommodation at the resort is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to RSVP early to secure your cottage. If the resort reaches capacity, we'll happily help you find nearby accommodation. Please RSVP using the link below.

Accommodation is CAD $200 per person. This includes two nights of accommodation, Friday welcome dinner, Saturday continental breakfast, Saturday cocktail hour and dinner, Sunday brunch, and full access to resort amenities. Payment is collected at check-in on September 17th.
No. While we'd love for everyone to enjoy the full weekend, we understand that travel schedules and other commitments vary.Guests are welcome to arrive late or leave early. If you plan to stay for only one night, you will need to arrange your own accommodation. Please let us know your plans when you RSVP.
We do not have a traditional wedding registry. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for, especially for those travelling long distances.For those who would like to give a gift, a card box will be available at the wedding for cards, cheques, or cash contributions.
Toronto Pearson, Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport, and Ottawa International Airport are the closest options. All are approximately 2-3 hours from the resort.We recommend renting a vehicle, as public transportation is unavailable in cottage country.

The reception will end around 11:00 PM. Guests may continue socialising in their cottages afterward, but please be mindful of noise levels.
Check-out is by 3:00 PM. Please leave cottages tidy and place rubbish and recycling in designated areas.
Yes. Cell service is generally available, though coverage may vary. Wi-Fi is available in all cottages and throughout the resort.
